Training is a priority for us and our customers and in addition to the standard security training courses and on-site training we encourage all our staff to undertake additional training and gain formal qualifications like NVQ’s Level 2 & 3.
Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Providing Security Services - Static & Patrol Guarding, Events Security, Door Supervision, Retail Security, Reception Security & CCTV Operation.
Our company trainers hold relevant training qualifications and have a wide range of experience providing training courses for different industry sectors.
All our staff receive induction training when they first join the company, this covers an overview of the business, mission statements, company organisation, company rules, health and safety, equal opportunities and diversity policies, environmental policy, grievance and disciplinary policies. Further training will then be dictated by the employee's role within the organisation.
